Srinagar: A soldier died at a military hospital in Adhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday, a day after he was seriously injured in an explosion inside a private hired vehicle in Shopian district.
Three soldiers were injured in Thursday's blast.
A defense spokesman said, "Naik Parveen, who was critically injured in the blast at Shopian's Saidu, was shifted to Udhampur Command Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries."
